The Autobots are brave robot warriors hailing from the planet Cybertron. Their mission? To stop the Decepticons from enacting their evil schemes on Earth.
In Transformers Deck-Building Game, you take on the role of one of the mighty Autobots. Travel and explore the Matrix and transform between your different modes as you gain allies, find relics, and acquire technology to do battle with the Decepticons. But be warned! As your deck grows, more powerful Decepticons will rise up to challenge you.
Transformers Deck-Building Game can be played competitively or as a co-operative experience. This core set will begin your collection with everything needed to play, but the battle is far from over as playable Decepticons are on the way to expand your game.
A Rising Darkness standalone expansion (2022)
Become a mighty Decepticon and race to defeat the Autobots in this standalone expansion to the Transformers Deck-Building Game!
This expansion is compatible with the core game and will offer 2 primary modes of play: Competitive mode (the Decepticons squabble amongst each other while they face the Autobots) and Cooperative mode (the Decepticons join their forces to defeat the Autobots). This expansion also introduces rules for Team vs Team games, featuring Decepticon players against Autobot players when combined with the Core Set.

The Transformers Deck-Building Game: Infiltration Protocol expansion brings new cards and ways to play the game: one versus many, team versus team, and an objective-focused game mode, the Infiltration Phase Variant!
War on Cybertron standalone expansion (2023)
The War on Cybertron has raged for millennia. Autobots and Decepticons clash with blaster and robotic fists to determine the fate of the galaxy. As their battle reaches its climax, one shall stand, one shall fall.
In this deck-building game, you will take on the role of a soldier for one of the warring factions: Autobots or Decepticons. Traverse the ruins of the battlefield and convert between your different modes to gain allies, complete missions, command cities, and acquire technology to battle your enemies.
This is a stand-alone game and expansion that can be combined with the Core Set, A Rising Darkness or any of the small box expansions. Engage your adversaries in 3 different modes of play: team versus team, cooperative, or go it alone as a solitary solider against all odds.
New features include:
- Take command of Cybertron's cities to gain special bonuses and endgame points with this new area control option.
- Complete secret missions, alone or with your team, to score points.
- New Ruin cards fill the Matrix after each battle, devastating the planet. Clear these ruins for a new source of Energon!
- 8 playable characters (10 with promos), the most of any game in the line so far, offering Team vs Team right out of the box!
