Preorder Policy

Meeplegalaxy is relying on many different publishers to be able to offer a wide variety of products, but we are also customers ourselves and thereby risk delays and cancellations. We will always attempt to fill each and every order, but for reasons beyond our control delays, changes or cancellations may be necessary. We will prioritize the customers that made their order first if we get less than we ordered.

All preorders require full payment at the time the preorder is placed. If the customer wishes to cancel their preorder before shipment, we will refund the full amount charged. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
